Kayla loves the fact that Labster/UbiSim is truly a mission-driven company - providing equity and access to STEM education takes a front seat in everything we do! She loves our clients because she thinks they're some of the most brilliant people you'll ever meet and are the changemakers of the world. What's important to her when working with clients is she wants to make sure that they’re getting the most out of their investment. She always wants to make sure it's a worthwhile conversation. Some fun facts about Kayla are that she was the first person in her family to go to college and she majored in musical theater (for a few VERY fun semesters...). Her first job out of college was on Capitol Hill in DC where she put her musical theater experience to good use at a defense research firm.
